She also gets good ideas which has helped set up things on the website also and in general a great service from her. I had a very quick and satisfactory call to arrange change of broadband with Austin and Jason. Everything was completed efficiently and a full package offered for full telephone line and broadband at a cheaper price with new router. Will look forward to a much faster and more efficient service.

Whenever I have a problem, Unitel always sort it one way or another. If I had to pick one downside it would be the having to call a callcentre to then be transferred. However, all in all, great service.

Melissa has been the one person that made my experience with unitel direct just easy and pleasant, always helpful with answering all of my questions.
