It took a while to get our broadband installed due to a fault on the external line which was being done by BT. Unitel were very quick and efficient at getting it sorted out and Austin in particular was very attentive.Now, it works perfectly.

When I was first approached by the company I had absolutely no idea with anything to do with technology I could barely use my phone but Connor my salesman broke everything down so I could understand everything and the manager Norman who was kind enough to give me a new business discount prove that this company really do care about their customers and the website team definitely prove they take pride in their work as they have been so helpful by adding any updates or anything I ask without as much as a sigh. I never really realised how much of an positive impact a website could have for a company, I have had the pleasure to find this out first hand as I have been flooded with new contracts and even having to hire new staff to keep up with the demand. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a website everytime they have been absolutely amazing in the 4 weeks I have been with them.
