I had a problem with my internet, Xavier was very helpful on the phone and sorted it out for me, then informed me that we needed to get fibre sorted in the next few months, so he passed me onto Austin who was very helpful and explained to me and sorted it all out. They where both very helpful.

Jason was very patient helping us with a technical issue. Our query involved a lot of trial and error on our end, so Jason ended up stuck on the phone with us for a while, but he helped us from start to finish without an ounce of frustration. We also had help from Austin, and were very happy with the service we received from the team.
