I’ve got to be honest you have to ask for the full costings as you start out because on at least 3 occasions I was told you need this snd you need that and it will cost you this much ! Which I found disappointing. I’ve still given 4 stars for the handling of my account and customer service given to me by my allocated contact within the company (Mellisa) who keeps in touch and is always available by WhatsApp for any queries I may have .

My initial experience has been pretty positive dealing with unitel. They keep you in the loop in terms of the setup and amendment process. Melissa is very helpful and has kept me updated regarding changes to my landing page. Still in the early stages of my contract but I am optimistic thus far.

Great service fro staff

My father uses this company for his phone line for his business, they were very patient with him as he is a huge technophobe, he got them to call back so I can sort out emails for bills to be sent to me to sort out for him. Very easy to do...but a bit cheeky of austin on asking for a five star review! Maybe just asks for a review. Oh and please talk a bit slower next time please! I'm not bad at keeping up but I know dad struggles! Other than that austin is a very nice bloke Tony & Chloe
