Recently I reported a fault on my uncles phone to melissa she dealt with the problem most efficiently reporting it to openreach who sorted it within a day. She made a follow up call to check that the phone had been repaired

As promised, Melissa has kept in touch to make sure everything is ok and to see if there is anything we need/she can do for us.
