Unitel Direct LTD

Looking back on my experiences with Uni Tel Direct I sincerely wished I had not made one of the worse decisions of my career. Having for many years given them the simple 5 minute job of pasting 7 key words into my website,(£360) I then had the brilliant idea of giving them my whole website to design plus the SEO! They did a very unprofessional job. Badly designed by AI, the content and layout was amateurish. Further the SEO was none affective. I spent over £2,500 on a website I could have done myself! However the worse thing was they had got me like some many others on the T&C’s over the phone! A truly horrible experience and one that a year on my business is still recovering from. So there’s 5 stars for the ruining my business!

The lady I spoke to this morning was very helpful and polite and kept me updated on what she was doing to resolve my issue.

Xavier has proved his commitment by calling me and checking in every month to check whether I need any adjustment to my website. I have noticed an increase in enquiries which have led to bookings, which have now paid me back the money invested in Unitel package. there's no doubt that my web presence is far better. Sometimes the copy they write is a little bit too much and very AI generated, but it only needed a little tweaking. I have just bought a second package for another business i have, so it will be interesting to see whether that builds any traction.
