Looking back on my experiences with Uni Tel Direct I sincerely wished I had not made one of the worse decisions of my career. Having for many years given them the simple 5 minute job of pasting 7 key words into my website,(£360) I then had the brilliant idea of giving them my whole website to design plus the SEO! They did a very unprofessional job. Badly designed by AI, the content and layout was amateurish. Further the SEO was none affective. I spent over £2,500 on a website I could have done myself! However the worse thing was they had got me like some many others on the T&C’s over the phone! A truly horrible experience and one that a year on my business is still recovering from. So there’s 5 stars for the ruining my business!
