Our first time using Apex plumbing and it was great! Gary was on time, fixed our boiler, and a leak for a reasonable price. Friendly and very knowledgeable guy, will definitely use him again.

I highly recommend Gary he is very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. His work was of a very high standard, he fitted a new boiler and maserater and boxed in the boiler. He was always quick to respond and punctual and came within the hour to my initial call for help when water came through my kitchen ceiling. Don’t look anywhere else for a plumber!

Gary came and serviced my boiler, he was very professional, honest, on time and friendly and reasonably priced.

We had a major leak and rang Apex to help with tracing & fixing the leak, due to very good Google reviews.Gary was responsive, clear on charges, methodical & committed to isolating/finding & fixing a tricky leak working from 5-9pm on the day of my call & returning Saturday 10-5 with support to fix it.Wholeheartedly recommend - he saved us from deep ‘5h17’, while he was busy with other work.

Gary was extremely professional. I had an issue of a F75 error on my Vaillant boiler which meant I had no heating or hot water. Before installing new parts Gary cleaned some of the parts to see if that was the issue. The boiler did ignite so we agreed to see whether that was the cause of the problem. Unfortunately the F75 error came back. Gary was quick to respond and replaced a couple of parts which sorted the problem ensuring I had heating over Christmas. I would highly recommend Gary, I I also feel he did not overcharge for his services.

We needed a plumber at short notice before Christmas as we were without hot water, with a 2 year old it was super important we could find a resolution quickly. We found Gary, who was able to get to us on the same day, and although couldn’t fix the issue same day was able to order the parts we needed to fix the issue within 48 hours. Gary was knowledgeable, friendly but most importantly trustworthy and was able to advise us on our system. We will be using Gary again in the new year for other services and would highly recommend him to anyone requiring plumbing services.

PLEASE READI very rarely leave a reviews, however Gary of Apex Plumber is most deserving of one. Responsed quickly (I tried quite a few with no call back) he was extremely busy but managed to fit us in, diagnosed issue, slow leak from shower ( Wrongly fitted part by another plumber) Gary managed to temporarily fixed issue, so we can use shower over Christmas.Definitely one to use again for all future plumbing needs and would certainly recommend him to friends and familyThank you GaryAnn

Gary and Martin did a great job of sorting out the mess of pipes and the wobbly boards in the attic. Removed all the redundant pipes. Put in new boards. Thorough job. Highly recommend apex plumbing.
