Gary was extremely professional. I had an issue of a F75 error on my Vaillant boiler which meant I had no heating or hot water. Before installing new parts Gary cleaned some of the parts to see if that was the issue. The boiler did ignite so we agreed to see whether that was the cause of the problem. Unfortunately the F75 error came back. Gary was quick to respond and replaced a couple of parts which sorted the problem ensuring I had heating over Christmas. I would highly recommend Gary, I I also feel he did not overcharge for his services.
