Although this company hasn't actually carried out any work, I have no doubt it would of been a great job if done anyway, they have helped and advised me on a Saturday and offered honest sound advice, unfortunately the job didn't go ahead due to unforeseen circumstances, but after my call Saturday they helped enough to get my clients heating on for the weekend. Over a video WhatsApp call he calmly and reassuringly worked out it was a problem with the water softener and advised how to switch it off. He would not take any payment just a review. Gary has been out to do some work twice for me now. He has been very helpful, given advice when I had issues with British Gas. His work has been carried out to a high standard checking everything is working as it should before leaving and has been one of the most competitively priced heating engineers in the area. He is very down to earth and honest, and has been reliable in agreeing dates and times for carrying out work.

I messaged Apex on a weekend thinking I wouldn’t hear anything until Monday. I got a call straight away and they helped me diagnose what the issue was straight away. They asked for photos etc to ensure they had the right parts for when they came out avoiding any further delays. Gary and his team did an incredible job at my daughter’s house recently, a full central heating system was required. Nothing was too much trouble for Gary , his knowledge and advice were invaluable. Gary efficiently identified the cause of the leak in the plumbing of the toilet in our bathroom and suggested the different ways that it could be fixed - which meant probably removing wall tiles. We arranged for him to come back a few days later and he successfully managed to fix the leak by working in a very tight space without any damage to the wall tiles. A good job done and the toilet reinstalled very tidily. Thank you.

Gary came to install an induction hob in my rented flat. He was very knowledgeable about the issues relating to having a gas hob in an enclosed kitchen, although this had previously been passed by a major gas supplier with whom I have Landlord Cover.

Contacted Apex due to a valve issue with my new washing machine install. He requested I send a photo of the valve and pipe and he diagnosed the problem there and then, saving me time and money on a call out.Really friendly guy and extremely helpful.

Gary came round to change a couple of difficult tap changes, fit a vanity and other little bits to refresh our bathroom. He did an excellent job and spotted a hidden leak that he could have ignored and agreed to pop round to finish the job (fixing the vanity to the wall) after our flooring has been fitted. Gary came and serviced my boiler, he was very professional, honest, on time and friendly and reasonably priced.

We had a major leak and rang Apex to help with tracing & fixing the leak, due to very good Google reviews.Gary was responsive, clear on charges, methodical & committed to isolating/finding & fixing a tricky leak working from 5-9pm on the day of my call & returning Saturday 10-5 with support to fix it.Wholeheartedly recommend - he saved us from deep ‘5h17’, while he was busy with other work.

Gary was extremely professional. I had an issue of a F75 error on my Vaillant boiler which meant I had no heating or hot water. Before installing new parts Gary cleaned some of the parts to see if that was the issue. The boiler did ignite so we agreed to see whether that was the cause of the problem. Unfortunately the F75 error came back. Gary was quick to respond and replaced a couple of parts which sorted the problem ensuring I had heating over Christmas. I would highly recommend Gary, I I also feel he did not overcharge for his services.

We needed a plumber at short notice before Christmas as we were without hot water, with a 2 year old it was super important we could find a resolution quickly. We found Gary, who was able to get to us on the same day, and although couldn’t fix the issue same day was able to order the parts we needed to fix the issue within 48 hours. Gary was knowledgeable, friendly but most importantly trustworthy and was able to advise us on our system. We will be using Gary again in the new year for other services and would highly recommend him to anyone requiring plumbing services.

PLEASE READI very rarely leave a reviews, however Gary of Apex Plumber is most deserving of one. Responsed quickly (I tried quite a few with no call back) he was extremely busy but managed to fit us in, diagnosed issue, slow leak from shower ( Wrongly fitted part by another plumber) Gary managed to temporarily fixed issue, so we can use shower over Christmas.Definitely one to use again for all future plumbing needs and would certainly recommend him to friends and familyThank you GaryAnn

This was not particularly straightforward, but Gary put in a lot of time and effort to come up with a plan to achieve the best possible outcome. PRV for water tank had stopped working meaning cold water was flowing out of overflow. Issue was PRV in bad position behind water tank.Apex plumber provided good and timely communication and found a solution that fixed the problem without having to take out water tank or part of wall which other plumber quoted.

I called Gary out from Apex Plumbing as I had an issue with one of my pipes which was leaking. We contacted Apex Plumber Ltd after a water pipe burst in our kitchen and the emergency plumber our home insurers sent had not turned up over 12 hours later. Gary was immediately over to fix the problem. He was very professional and his work was excellent. Even though the leak was in a difficult to reach place behind our kitchen units and required some cutting, he managed to fix the problem with minimal damage and left everything very tidy.I would recommend Apex Plumber Ltd.
