Great service, was able to attend later the same Saturday morning as my phone call. Provided valuable advice about checking neighbours drains when it's shared just in case the blockage is further down the line (unfortunately it wasn't!). Cleared the blockage, checked everything that fed into the manhole was flowing freely and cleaned the area around the drain and manhole. All done in less than an hour. I am very satisfied with the service and would be more than happy to use Clearway Plumbing & Drains again (although I'm hoping I don't have too!).

Overflowing drains, called Clearway Plumbing & Drains and an engineer turned up 20 minutes later and sorted the problem. Very happy with the service and happy with the price. I would highly recommend Clearway Plumbing & Drains to anyone.

I initially contacted Clive because I felt our drains needed “flushing” out. He arrived on time and soon found a blockage. The blockage ended up being quite major and we had to take up patio/pathway slabs to look for manhole covers. It ended up becoming a much bigger job than both myself, my husband or Clive ever imagined. Poor Clive, he had to come back three times. He even identified a blockage on the main sewage up the road, which also meant we had to contact Thames Water. Every single time Clive was with us, he was always so thorough and friendly. I really felt at ease with him and he really wanted to find out the route cause of the problem.
I would 100% recommend Clearway Plumbing and Clive, and I wouldn’t hesitate in calling him again, if I needed to. ( Praying I don’t though. In the nicest possible way ) 😊😊. Thank you Clive.

It seemed like I had a blocked external downpipe so, after consulting this site, I called the company as it was well reviewed and local to me. They visited quickly,I explained the situation and they identified the likely problem and required actions and provided a quote and probable date when the work could be done. And it was completed well in time.

All the other reviews are correct! Clive quickly got back to me and arranged to come around the next day. He later contacted me to confirm the time, arrived on time and sorted out the block in the pipe work leading from the kitchen sink very quickly and efficiently.

Excellent service from Clive! From the moment I called he was polite and courteous. He gave me a same day appointment, and was on time. He managed to fix the initial problem, and advised of what was needed to stop the issue re-occurring. Highly recommended, and will know who to call in the future.

Clive is very professional and offers very good service. I called several companies on Yell.com this morning but I was told that the plumbers could only be available several days later, which is very disappointing. But I can't wait coz the drain blockage is quite serious and it affects my daily life. I'm glad that I finally reached Clive. He agreed to come around noon to deal with this emergency. To be honest, Clive did a marvelous job in fixing the problem, which is a total relief to me . I'm thankful for his help.

After phoning 2 other companies who were not very helpful and much more expensive, I phoned Clive and he came round within 90 minutes. It was not an easy job, but he was so helpful and charming and clearly knew what he was doing. He managed to get everything sorted out for me in less than 2 hours despite having to move lots of things in the garden around. I cannot recommend him highly enough, not only is he professional and efficient, but he is an exceptionally nice man.

We have had a problem with a blocked drain for two years or so and have had a couple of plumbers over to hopefully sort the problem. They were all very quick to take our money and say that they had cleared the drain blockage however the problem was not sorted...that was until I came across Clearway Plumbing & Drains. I spoke with Clive, who offered us a slot for the following day. He is a very nice guy who is very professional & knew his stuff. He first tried putting a coil of some sort down the waste pipe from the kitchen & he then put a high pressure jet washer down the outside drain which cleared away a huge amount of blockage from the drain. We have a little boy who was very interested & wanted to watch so while Clive had the man hole cover open he put a safety barrier in place. Clive's price was very reasonable & he was very helpful answering any questions which we had. The blockage has been unblocked & we are happy customers who would highly recommend Clearway.
