I initially contacted Clive because I felt our drains needed “flushing” out. He arrived on time and soon found a blockage. The blockage ended up being quite major and we had to take up patio/pathway slabs to look for manhole covers. It ended up becoming a much bigger job than both myself, my husband or Clive ever imagined. Poor Clive, he had to come back three times. He even identified a blockage on the main sewage up the road, which also meant we had to contact Thames Water. Every single time Clive was with us, he was always so thorough and friendly. I really felt at ease with him and he really wanted to find out the route cause of the problem.
I would 100% recommend Clearway Plumbing and Clive, and I wouldn’t hesitate in calling him again, if I needed to. ( Praying I don’t though. In the nicest possible way ) 😊😊. Thank you Clive.
