Gary and his team did an incredible job at my daughter’s house recently, a full central heating system was required. Nothing was too much trouble for Gary , his knowledge and advice were invaluable. He made sure we understood exactly what was required , and his experience allowed plans to be made for the future re extensions etc. I would absolutely recommend both him and his firm , the attention to detail and the work put in was amazing. Gary was fantastic. Replied to my query within a couple of hours, was really accommodating to timings. Very professional, diagnosed to issue immediately and completed the job within a couple of hours. Very good value for money. We were really pleased!

Gary efficiently identified the cause of the leak in the plumbing of the toilet in our bathroom and suggested the different ways that it could be fixed - which meant probably removing wall tiles. We arranged for him to come back a few days later and he successfully managed to fix the leak by working in a very tight space without any damage to the wall tiles. A good job done and the toilet reinstalled very tidily. Thank you.

Gary came round and completed a service today. Very helpful & explained things and checked things extremely diligently. I was looking for a new heating engineer just like him & I will definitely be using his services going forward from now on. Thanks Gary!

Gary came to install an induction hob in my rented flat. He was very knowledgeable about the issues relating to having a gas hob in an enclosed kitchen, although this had previously been passed by a major gas supplier with whom I have Landlord Cover.

Gary was brilliant and fixed my leaking radiator for me. He was friendly and polite, and I would definitely use Apex again.

Gary came round to change a couple of difficult tap changes, fit a vanity and other little bits to refresh our bathroom. He did an excellent job and spotted a hidden leak that he could have ignored and agreed to pop round to finish the job (fixing the vanity to the wall) after our flooring has been fitted. Contacted Apex due to a valve issue with my new washing machine install. He requested I send a photo of the valve and pipe and he diagnosed the problem there and then, saving me time and money on a call out.Really friendly guy and extremely helpful.
