Great service from Gary, managed to find time to come and do the work on very short notice. Explained everything very well and gave some tips to keep electric costs down on my immersion heater !Very tidy work, would recommend to anyone

Although this company hasn't actually carried out any work, I have no doubt it would of been a great job if done anyway, they have helped and advised me on a Saturday and offered honest sound advice, unfortunately the job didn't go ahead due to unforeseen circumstances, but after my call Saturday they helped enough to get my clients heating on for the weekend. This is the most deserved 5 star review ever. Called Gary in a panic on a Sunday evening with a steady dripping leak in utility room. Over a video WhatsApp call he calmly and reassuringly worked out it was a problem with the water softener and advised how to switch it off. He would not take any payment just a review. A true professional and very knowledgeable in his trade. Thankyou…it meant a great deal

Gary has been out to do some work twice for me now. He has been very helpful, given advice when I had issues with British Gas. His work has been carried out to a high standard checking everything is working as it should before leaving and has been one of the most competitively priced heating engineers in the area. He is very down to earth and honest, and has been reliable in agreeing dates and times for carrying out work.

I messaged Apex on a weekend thinking I wouldn’t hear anything until Monday. I got a call straight away and they helped me diagnose what the issue was straight away. They asked for photos etc to ensure they had the right parts for when they came out avoiding any further delays. I’ve been really happy with the service and will continue to contact them if I have any other issues.
