Had issues with my patio doors having a big gap, called Upvc Medics and came after a few days. Fixed it perfectly and charged exactly what was agreed, no push for parts or anything else that wasn’t required. Great service and couldn’t recommend enough to be honest.

I had a window with a broken friction plate. I put a request for a quote on their submission form and received a prompt response from Kevin who deciphered my description into the problem above! He gave the a total cost of the job, which that was very reasonably priced. He arrived exactly when he said he would and fixed the window perfectly. I would definitely use again for any further repairs.

Rang Monday came Tuesday, sorted out wonky doors they will now lock, good quick service fair price.

I can highly recommend UPVc Medics to anyone requiring any kind of maintenance and repairs to their UPVc doors and windows. Kevin serviced all the aging upvc windows and doors at my rental property. He replaced all hinges, including replacing upstairs hinges with fire safety compliant hinges, realigned and lubricated all widows and doors, and replaced seals and one blown glass panel as required. Everything works like new now, and will end up saving me thousands of pounds replacing damaged doors and windows if they’d continued to be used in their previous condition.
Kevin was great to deal with, trustworthy, came when he said he would, and didn’t ask for payment until the job was completed, and this included him waiting a week while he replaced one window at his own cost that accidentally got cracked as he was realigning one of the doors.

We initially contacted Kevin to look at some issues we had with existing UPVc windows; one jammed and two other issues with handles and closing. Fortunately, Kevin had a cancellation and was able to call the following morning. He arrived at the arranged time and on inspecting the issues was able to fix all of them for a very reasonable price. We were so impressed by his work and customer service we asked him to quote for new French doors and a new back door. Again, we were impressed with his time keeping and customer service. The units were fitted to an excellent standard and have been subsequently signed off by Fensa. We were delighted with the end result and would not hesitate in recommending Kevin.

Brilliant Job. We had three window hinges, a window and our front and back door locks replaced. Our windows are nearly 20 years old but still good except for the above issues, which are now all working well again. Good speedy service start to finish. We would highly recommend.
