I had a window with a broken friction plate. I put a request for a quote on their submission form and received a prompt response from Kevin who deciphered my description into the problem above! He gave the a total cost of the job, which that was very reasonably priced. He arrived exactly when he said he would and fixed the window perfectly. I would definitely use again for any further repairs.
