We initially contacted Kevin to look at some issues we had with existing UPVc windows; one jammed and two other issues with handles and closing. Fortunately, Kevin had a cancellation and was able to call the following morning. He arrived at the arranged time and on inspecting the issues was able to fix all of them for a very reasonable price. We were so impressed by his work and customer service we asked him to quote for new French doors and a new back door. Again, we were impressed with his time keeping and customer service. The units were fitted to an excellent standard and have been subsequently signed off by Fensa. We were delighted with the end result and would not hesitate in recommending Kevin.
