Melissa is great, she calls me once or twice a month with progress updates and when I request any amendments, She does them on the spot.

Jason from unitel customer service, usually calls every month for check up. Which is great, it's always good to get updates on progress. But as for the overall unitel bringing in business, I am not so sure about that. I have personally have not seen difference between last two years of sales to this year since I have joined unitel.

Michelle, has been fab, cannot fault her commitment. Calls and checks on a regular basis. If you are not happy she will sort it. Back ground staff are a little absent. SEO could do with contacting the customer and giving results and performance of the website on a regular basis. As we are paying for the service. But we seem to be receiving webiste hits and enquiries. So all good at the moment.
