Came out straight away on Sunday night when I was locked out of my house, reasonable price, professional and friendly, would use again, I highly recommend

So deep in our lost keys panic we needed a new front door lock. LL turned up, secured the door with a temporary solution pending arrival of our high security lock. Returned next day with new lock. Perfect, turned up when he said he would, did what he said he would. Prompt and a lot cheaper than I feared. A very positive experience with good customer handling, I would give 6 stars if I could

Absolutely fantastic service, called on a Friday night and was told 30 mins for arrival, it was actually 17 mins and The Lock Lad was already with us, I was given the cheapest option first which was to pick the lock and after an hour of trying we had to go with the second option to replace the lock.During all of this Dan kindly offered me and my son shelter and let us sit in his van to keep us out of the bad weather.This was an emergency call out on a Friday night, so I was already worried about the cost of the call out, and all as I can say was that Dan put my mind at rest straight away and gave me the price before he carried out any work.Great value for money, and all round top guy, would definitely use again.

Turned up quick, pricing was great, got the door lock changed quick, he is a nice and genuine guy, would definitely recommend to anyone - Rick.

Amazing service! During my locks change one of my old handles pretty much fell apart from weather damage, it was no problem and a new one was sourced straight away and fitted. Now I have peace of mind knowing my handles and locks are new + strong. Highly recommend. Will be using again in the future.
