Absolutely fantastic service, called on a Friday night and was told 30 mins for arrival, it was actually 17 mins and The Lock Lad was already with us, I was given the cheapest option first which was to pick the lock and after an hour of trying we had to go with the second option to replace the lock.During all of this Dan kindly offered me and my son shelter and let us sit in his van to keep us out of the bad weather.This was an emergency call out on a Friday night, so I was already worried about the cost of the call out, and all as I can say was that Dan put my mind at rest straight away and gave me the price before he carried out any work.Great value for money, and all round top guy, would definitely use again.
