Locked ourselves out of our apartment with keys inside. Found Rob on Google and he gave a quote over the phone once I sent him a picture of the lock. I was locked out after my latch dropped and couldn’t get back in. Rob got back to me quickly, told me exactly how long he’d be, and arrived when he said he would. He had me back inside within 2 minutes, explained what had happened, and even gave me tips to stop it happening again. We had a problem with a key getting stuck in the door lock and Rob did a brilliant job! When we called him he did all the right questions to understand the issue and type of lock and he was able to even provide an estimate straight away, which was really appreciated. Since it was an urgent issue, he attended promptly and resolved the problem and replaced the lock in 15min, which was really efficient. Totally recommended for any locksmith work, as Rob was brilliant!

Rob was very helpful and he came out to help quickly after we had another company who came and damaged our lock to remove a key. He is very knowledgeable in his craft, gave us great advice for future challenges and even rectified a fire safety hazard that we weren’t aware of. Highly recommend and I’ll use him again!
