I was locked out after my latch dropped...

I was locked out after my latch dropped and couldn’t get back in. Rob got back to me quickly, told me exactly how long he’d be, and arrived when he said he would. He had me back inside within 2 minutes, explained what had happened, and even gave me tips to stop it happening again. Really helpful, genuine and friendly guy, and at a very affordable price, half of what i was told by others I called. Highly recommend!
