So deep in our lost keys panic we needed a new front door lock. LL turned up, secured the door with a temporary solution pending arrival of our high security lock. Returned next day with new lock. Perfect, turned up when he said he would, did what he said he would. Prompt and a lot cheaper than I feared. A very positive experience with good customer handling, I would give 6 stars if I could
