Have attended two brilliant classes, lovely environment and helpful teacher. Not too many people so get help and attention as needed, good value for money to walk away with a new skill and having made something!

Brilliant workshop on quilting for beginners. Thank you Jude and Dawn for a class which has given me confidence to start my own project at home. I learnt loads and enjoyed my time with you so much, that I’ve signed up for another class to extend my sewing knowledge and skills further.

As an absolute beginner I felt completely at ease straight away, Dawn is friendly and patient and class sizes are small so it is easy to ask questions and learn. I immensely enjoyed my beginners course and was amazed I made two projects to take away with me. Thankyou Dawn.

What a fabulous evening we had! I’ve wanted to be a part of Dawns arm knitting workshop for a while but never had chance so I invited her over to run a workshop in my studio. It was such a fun evening, Dawn was brilliant….and patient (I need patience 🙈) and we all now have an incredible skill to be able to use ourselves. Can’t thank you enough Dawn and can’t wait to do this again at Christmas time. Thanks a million xx

Thoroughly enjoyed my course. I was lucky enough to have a 1:1 with Dawn and learned a lot.

Last Wk I learnt how to embroider. Such a lovely small group of people Dawn was really patient with us all going at our own pace . All equipment was provided to use & take with us & we each made a sampler with 12 different techniques.I’ve since started to embroider an heirloom adding more family names to my mum& dads table cloth . I’ve been putting off for years . So big thanks Dawn I highly recommend the beginners embroidery course . X

Thoroughly enjoyed the beginner sewing class I have previously sewed with a machine but a long time ago and this class was brilliant to refresh and improve my skills. Dawn is a brilliant teacher, informative, lovely nature and patient allowing confidence to grow. I highly recommend and will be back for part 2 and more!

Had a lovely evening with Dawn at Create and Sew making the piped cushion. It is a great way to spend and evening and I came with a friend so we had twice the fun. As always Dawn was full of great advice on how to complete the project which turned out beautifully. Thank you. I will be back.

I attended the March ‘Sewcial’, and once again was a lovely experience. Dawn is very attentive and is there to provide help and support when needed. It’s a relaxed couple of hours to spend chatting and working on a project. Thanks Dawn, I’ll be back soon!

I have completed a number of classes from beginners through to making your own clothes and how to use an overlocker.Each time I have been given the time to make sure I am confident in what I am doing. The tutors show incredible knowledge and more importantly the patience to make sure every one attending gets what they need from the class.Highly recommended as the perfect learning environment.

My daughter is loving the junior social. The tuition she’s receiving is great, as are the things she’s making! She really enjoys the sessions.

Another brilliant class making The Peony dress. Hannah was amazing as always...patient, encouraging and so calming. Never did I ever imagine i could make this....concealed zip, darts and ruffles.....as if by magic I walked away with a new dress. Dawn was there to cheering us all on....a fabulous and happy place to be. Thank you. Xx

Fantastic place learned a lot from Dawn about starting to use my sewing machine. Relaxed environment too.
