Seriously do not understand how anyone can review a place without staying....and watching 4 in a bed and basing content on that. In this current climate it's important to share personal lived experience and not experiences edited by producers to make a TV show watchable. I did watch the show...the breakfast looked delish 👍 …

Had such a lovely couple of days, lovely space for our 2 big dogs in our room, the dogs were welcomed, even having some breakfast! Food was fabulous, will definitely be reccommending and hopefully coming back! Thanks Jean and Dec x

Absolutely fantastic. Nice and quiet place , perfect for people who want's to rest from big cities.
Owners are lovely and professional.
If You looking for place to stay with Your dog , that's probably the best place. Ouer dog have same warm welcome as we are.

After seeing all the negative reviews based on watching four in a bed I thought I would write a true customer based review and not one from watching a tv programme. I have stayed twice at terverrian lodge and I have had a fantasic stay , Declan and Jean are lovely hosts and make you feel very welcome both rooms I have stayed in have been spotless the B&B feels very homely and the breakfast has been amazing it has a lovely back garden along with a guest lounge where you can play games with the family or just chill out with drinks and cakes to purchase which is an added bonus , please do not let four in a bed put you off this lovely B&B go and see yourself before you knock it , I will be returning again next year

We stayed in the cottage for a week, We arrived quiet late on our 1st day, it was so nice to arrive to cream tea, milk butter in the fridge and a fresh loaf of bread. The cottage was clean, bright, modern, well equipped and lovely and warm. The owners were so friendly. Great location for exploring Cornwall . The children left with Halloween goody bags! We would love to stay again, maybe summer next time though 😉

Jean and Declan made our stay perfect, they welcomed us and showed us around the accommodation. Gave us hints and tips on best walks and other facilities we could take advantage of during our stay. The breakfast was delicious and overall an amazing little get away.

Lovely and welcoming, great place! I keep coming back and am always impressed. Declan and Jean are wonderful people and are putting a lot of effort into their work. I was impressed by the mother's day gifts, have never seen this in b&bs before! Feels like home now, will always go back.

1st day here, so will review again at end of holiday. Friendly owners. Very peaceful. Clean and modern look and feel. Good wifi.
Only 1 issue was the shower power is not very powerful but many might like it.
One very good touch was the cornish cream and scones.

Stayed here for one night to surprise a friend for his birthday. My friends stayed in the cottage at the back and the owners Jean and Declan let me and my wife stay in our camper van on the drive for a very small fee. We were all made welcome from the off and Jean and Declan were amazing. Could not do enough for us. The breakfast was hot and very tasty. Rooms were clean and smelt fresh. The place could do with some tlc yes but the new owners have only been in for 11 months and things are getting done slowly. If you are in the area and need somewhere to stay u can't go wrong with this place.. will definitely be staying here again.. Thanks for the stay guys...

Dog friendly place! Great place. Very friendly owners, cosy and quiet location. Facilities are very clean and tidy. Food is delicious and fresh (both English and continental). Game room with plenty of games, books and DVDs available.Ample parking.
Very nice pub and restaurant in the walking distance.

We loved our first stay so much we returned for a second visit... and plan to come again! The hosts Jean and Dec are the friendliest and most welcoming we have ever encountered. The rooms are clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The breakfast is out of this world! Absolutely delicious and so much choice. We took our 2-year-old for the second visit and everything we needed (cot, high chair/booster seat for dining) was provided. We are planning on bringing our dog next time as the B&B is dog-friendly, as is the pub down the road. There is plenty of parking and it’s only a stone’s throw from Newquay, so perfect for exploring the local area. We would highly recommend this as a great place to stay!

Great welcoming couple with a nice setup at a good price per night. Comfortable beds. Has parking spaces out front, Good local pub just round the corner with good ale and pool table. Would definitely come back again if we pass this way on the motorbikes again. Thanks
