Cavatina Lodge Guest House

My husband & I stayed over the weekend for 2 nights in the king room with wonderful sea views. It’s is clean, comfortable & Jaynie is a fantastic host who makes a great breakfast & caters for all diets. Would definitely recommend this guest house.

Cavatina Lodge is a charming, friendly and highly welcoming place for the traveller.
The view over the sea is stunning and relaxing. There are walks to be enjoyed along the seashore and plenty of food stops to try.
Whatever the reason for your break, Cavatina Lodge is a uniquely beautiful place to stay. Thank you so much Jaynie. I always feel so welcome and always look forward to return….

Lovely informal welcome. Very comfortable room with all mod cons. Excellent breakfast. Parking right outside. Have already booked our next stay.

Jaynie was a Friendly and Lovely Lady. Our Room was Spotless and Cosy with Modern Bright decor. Jaynie served us up a Delicious Tastey Breakfast and sge was very attentive in making sure We had enough of everything. Would Highly Recommend this B and B. Thanks Jaynie.

Really nice place. But parking is frist come frist serviced on a very small road.

Me and my friends stayed for 3 nights in the lodge rooms where quite clean and cozy. Breakfast where amazing and free refills on drinks. If we in around this parts again would mind staying.😊

I only stayed 1 night as I came to the area for a fishing match. Jaynie was very welcoming and friendly. I was a solo traveler and had a single room. I often have problems with sleeping and the bed was so comfortable I don't remember falling asleep. The breakfast was a proper full English. She even made me a packed lunch for my fishing match for a small fee. If I ever come to within a 10 mile radius for another fishing match I wont hesitate to book to stay here again.

Another pleasing stay at Cavatina. Close to the beach, bus stops close by for trips along the coast road, varied breakfasts, warm welcome from Jayne, comfortable bedrooms and great value for money. Excellent!

A warm welcome and cozy room for ourselves - and our dog! Jaynie is an excellent host and serves a delicious breakfast in the morning. We loved the location right across from the beach, which was perfect for walks along the sea.

Lovely b&b just on the seafront in lancing. Lovely decor and staff couldn't recommend it more.
