Paul fitted a new consumer unit and installed a replacement extractor fan in the bathroom.He made sure we got a like for like extractor fan as ours wasn't standard and all work that was carried out was to a high quality.Very nice person and took the time to explain anything I didn't understand.

Excellent, neat work this morning by Paul. Including a new understairs light and socket, replacement socket on the landing and replacement bathroom light. Have no hesitation in recommending and will definitely use again as very polite, punctual, extremely professional, very reasonably priced and cleaned all areas on completion. Fab!

called paul on thursday re- fitting new plug to my electric fire and to change my security light booked a time for a visit the next day he arrived at time stated was very polite and easy going did the work to a very high standard and at a reasonable rate would have him back to do any electrical work when needed would recomend him to all my friends and family cheers paul

We rang Paul from PB Electrical (on a Sunday evening) to help us fix a trip in our fuse box after we panicked and couldn't work out what was causing it. He picked up straight away and came out to help us. Paul is lovely, polite, really knows his electrical knowledge, and is happy for you to ask questions. Paul really made us feel at ease, and helped us at a time we really didn't know what to do or how to fix it. Without him, we would still be stuck. Additionally, he was very reasonably priced and will always be my go to electrician! Thank you so much Paul for everything 🙂.

We had our lights keep tripping. Paul turned up on time, and kept at the job until he found the problem, then he went in our loft and resolved it. Very good electrician and very pleasant. Fully recommend, and would use again.

Contacted Paul recently as I needed three extra double sockets fitted in my lounge and Paul came out that same afternoon and was able to quote me for the work. I was happy with his quote and we agreed a date and time for the work to be carried out. Paul arrived on time and was able to complete everything within a couple of hours including full testing.Won't hesitate to contact PB Electrical in the future.

Efficient, Reliable, Knowledgeable and polite. Everything you want from a quality electrician. We hired Paul to replace a few light fittings and swap a light switch to a dimmer switch, he arrived at the time he said he would with everything needed to complete the job. The job itself was done to an excellent standard and he left everything nice and tidy whilst also being very easy going and friendly. Contacted yesterday after business hours and Paul responded straight away and arranged to come this morning. His earlier job took longer than expected but he kept me informed of arrival more than once. I really liked this as sadly I've found it's rare to get that level of communication. Can't fault communication or speed of response. Once here he got straight to work and completed the job in a timely fashion.

Paul was fantastic, arrived promptly and got us out of trouble when we lost power to our downstairs sockets . I was seeking a new EICR and PAT testing for my 5 bedroom HMO in St Helens. Living in a completely different part of the country to the property it’s always tricky to find trustworthy electricians who don't try to hustle you. From start to finish PB Electrical were brilliant! I called PB Electrical on the Saturday and Paul attended on the Monday at 9am. Paul quickly conducted the requisite tests and established a few issues (earthing errors on a few sockets). Through investigative work Paul identified solutions pointing out the terrible work of my previous electricians along the way who had caused these faults. All issues were rectified efficiently. Paul kept me fully up to date throughout the process with photos of his findings. I found him to be extremely fair, honest and reasonable with his pricing. It was so refreshing to see an electrician prioritise customer service, completing the work and common decency over seeking payment.
