Omari did electrical work for our renovation and then a follow up visit when there was a fault with one of our appliances. His work was good and quick and he was considerate and respectful in his approach. Would recommend.

This company has done work for me twice this year and, on both occasions, the work was done well and at an excellent price. I also asked if they could recommend a plumber, and the recommended plumber has done excellent work for me too. Altogether a superb service.

I tripped something in my flat causing the cooker and boiler to not recieve electricity. I gave fuse a call, instead of just booking in an unnecessary visit (as multiple others tried to ), he offerred to look at a picture of my fuse box via whatsapp, he identified the switch that would help and now we have hot water and the ability to cook again. Many thanks for some honest help on a Friday evening!!!

We used Fuse Wise to fix a faulty extractor fan at our property we are selling from abroad. After having had poor service from other companies while managing our flat from overseas, Omari and Fuse Wise were a breath of fresh air - they were efficient, responded to our emails and questions quickly and in a timely manner, and were very professional. Called the day after the Easter period as I had no power to sockets. Electrician arrived as expected a couple of hours after I made the call. Thoroughly checked all outputs and found the fault and repaired. Professional, polite, thorough and did a great job. I couldn't be happier and have kept their details for future reference. Excellent quality of work and great customer service, would happily use again. Only suggestion would be to notify customer if expecting to arrive early, but this wasn’t an issue in the end.

From the original appointment which was well informed, the quotation was prompt and detailed , the electrician arrived on time and carried out the work in a methodical manner very tidy clean and polite. I would highly recommend this company
