Contacted yesterday after business hours and Paul responded straight away and arranged to come this morning. His earlier job took longer than expected but he kept me informed of arrival more than once. I really liked this as sadly I've found it's rare to get that level of communication. Can't fault communication or speed of response. Once here he got straight to work and completed the job in a timely fashion.
