I was seeking a new EICR and PAT testing for my 5 bedroom HMO in St Helens. Living in a completely different part of the country to the property it’s always tricky to find trustworthy electricians who don't try to hustle you. From start to finish PB Electrical were brilliant! I called PB Electrical on the Saturday and Paul attended on the Monday at 9am. Paul quickly conducted the requisite tests and established a few issues (earthing errors on a few sockets). Through investigative work Paul identified solutions pointing out the terrible work of my previous electricians along the way who had caused these faults. All issues were rectified efficiently. Paul kept me fully up to date throughout the process with photos of his findings. I found him to be extremely fair, honest and reasonable with his pricing. It was so refreshing to see an electrician prioritise customer service, completing the work and common decency over seeking payment. Called Paul about some extra twin sockets in my house, Paul came round the next day to quote and liked how he explained all he needed to do and gave me a quote which I agreed and 2 dsys later came back to install and even plastered up and left a nice clean job .
