Situated in the heart of the scenic wye valley, The Mayhill Hotel is perfect for those from all walks of life. Walkers, canoeists, mountain bikers or golfers, there is something for everyone right on our doorstep. We are right on the Offas Dyke footpath, a stones throw away from the river wye, numerous forest trials and Monmouth Golf Club and The Rolls Of Monmouth golf club only a short drive away.

Only stayed the one night, Friendly clean and despite being on a busy main road it was surprisingly quiet at night, no traffic noise and had the windows open. Fab cooked breakfast all in all excellent value for money would definitely recommend staying here

We stayed a single night with breakfast. The gentleman managing the bar couldn’t do enough for us. For breakfast we had a fully cooked breakfast that was 5⭐️ along with the Chefs tip top hospitality.

Warm welcome, lovely comfortable room with fabulous bathroom with very large shower (no bath). Good breakfast too. Upright fans had been put into the rooms to help with the recent hot temperatures which was a nice touch. Due to location some morning traffic noise if windows open which wasn't an issue for us. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
