Matthew Jones Plumbing and Heating

Highly recommended.

Immediate response to enquiry regarding my elderly father's Sunday emergency.

Within 30 minutes was at the house to assess and very quickly obtained parts and completed the work.

Reasonably priced, cheerful and efficient.

New dishwasher needed a number of pipes relocated in tricky circumstances. Mathew was there in a couple of days and did a great job.

Amazing service, 10/10 recommend to everybody!

Prompt - polite - good communication- nice job - thanks

Matthew has done a couple of jobs for me this year, repairing an immersion heater and then fixing our loo after an aging part gave up the ghost. He is responsive, reliable, and his rates are fair. We will certainly call him out again.

Excellent work and Professional!

We had a plumbing emergency and a neighbour gave us Matthews details. He was with us within half an hour at 7.00pm when he stabilised the issue, then he returned first thing the next day with parts and was finished by 10.00. I would wholeheartedly recommend Matthew who will give you the best possible service.

I would highly recommend matthew for speedy reply to an emergency call out (on saturday) and efficient solving of our problem!! he is professional, pleasant and very reasonably priced! he is on my "speed dial" for plumbing emergencies!

Matthew. Has been with me on several projects and all were completed to a very hight standard. Very communicative and pleasant company too. Fairly priced and will be contacting him soon again for another planned project. I Highly recommend Matthew to anyone

Matt came and upgraded our radiators, flushed the system and moved a radiator for us, did a great job. On time and in our budget.

Matthew has been our plumber for 20 years +.He has completed heating insulations in three houses for us, multiple full bathroom installations and numerous smaller jobs and emergency call-outs. He is polite, gets back to us quickly and has plenty of ideas to talk through. We already recommend Matthew to friends and acquaintances needing plumbing and heating. Diolch Matthew.

Really quick to come out and see the job and then easy and quick to arrange for it to be done. Great contact and quality work, all left tidy. Thanks very much!

Great service from Mathew, he was great to deal with and he was so clean in the way he went about his work. We’ve had a few people comment how neat and tidy the plumbing work looks in our house and I highly recommend Mathew.

Mae Matthew wedi bod yn gwrtais, dibynadwy ac yn gymwys wrth gyflawni rhai gwelliannau plymwio yn ein tŷ ac byddwn yn ei argymell yn llwyr.

Matthew sorted out a couple of blocked drains at the front of my house a few weeks ago. I was unable to be there on the day but he took photos and videos of all the work carried out so I could see exactly what had been done. He did a very thorough job, including clearing away and appropriately disposing of mud that had accumulated in front of the property. It certainly put my mind at rest as one of the drains had been particularly badly blocked following a recent storm.
He carried out similar work for me a year or two ago - checking all the drains around the property on that occasion - and was just as thorough then too. Again he supplied photos and videos of all work done.
I have always found Matthew to be both professional and personable and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Mathew is a mature, experienced plumber, who has done top quality work for me on several projects. He is also a lovely guy so its a pleasure having him around. Only problem is that he's very busy so book early!

Mathew is a reliable plum
ber does a conscientious, respectful and always on time. I will recommend him anytime

Mathew was very accommodating as it was short notice.
Very professional and would recommend.

Matthew has been to several of my propertys over the years, hes friendly, efficent and gets the jobs done, hes clean and tidy and prices reasonable , highly recommend

Matthew was very quick to respond to our phone call, which was a really good start. He was very easy going and able to work in a small room, in cramped conditions, without needing to dismantle the vanity unit. He is very thorough, making sure the new joint was completely watertight before leaving. He was quick, but not too the detriment of the job. I heartily recommend him.
