Matthew Jones Plumbing and Heating

Cracking job for us. Came up with ideas and solutions. Job and price were exactly what he quoted.

Fantastic work all Matt’s work was very neat and tidy and I would definitely use him again.

Matthew is the best plumber I have come across - knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and reliable- always turns up when he says he will and as an older lady on my own I feel confident that what he says needs doing does!

We’ve had Matthew out twice in emergencies to come and fix a leaking toilet and a leaking pipe in our ceiling causing water to come through into our kitchen. Both times he has responded at short notice and traveled a lengthy drive to come and fix these issues. He’s great at what he does and leaves the place tidy after any repairs. Would happily recommend to anyone, thanks again

I can highly recommend Matthew's work. I needed 2 emergency call-outs last year when leaks in an old heating system occurred which could not be switched off - causing ceilings to become soaked. Matthew responded straight away, even rearranging his schedule. The quality of his work was excellent and he went to extra trouble to collect a replacement heater and parts and also gave me advice on the best operation of the system. It's reassuring to know Matthew is there to fix any future plumbing issues.

Excellent experience with Matt, he explained things to me with this job quote where others didn’t, he was very fairly priced, tidy and well mannered. Helped me with another little problem I was experiencing and talked to me about another job I am considering in the future. All in all 10/10 would recommend to anyone and would use him again.

Fantastic having Matthew in to do a radiator change for me. Very communicative, tidy and pleasant company too. Matthew talked through things during my quote which others didn’t do, I really appreciated this and it was one of the main reasons I chose him for the job. He also helped me with another small rad problem which has been causing issues for a number of years now. He also spoke to me about a potential future job which I queried him on.

Matthew doesn’t leave me feeling pressured into choosing him for the job, nor does he charge extortionate or unfair prices, he is upfront and friendly. I would highly recommend him to anyone & plan to call him back later in the year for another job.

Matthew was able to come out immediately. After sending photos of existing tap and under sink plumbing he bought tap on route and necessary parts for fixing. Replaced tap and fixed leak in under sink plumbing. Very pleased with service.
