Great community orientated gym where everyone helps everyone. Perfect for beginners or experienced lifters thanks to the owner Ben who puts his all into ensuring everyone gets the best possible experience.

Ben (Owner) is extremely helpful! It’s been a long while since I’ve joined a gym even though it’s right round the corner. He helped me get to grips with things again and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome! The gym has lots of equipment for any workout and the vibe is great. Everyone is friendly and respectful! I’d highly recommend anyone to join this gym!

My Wife and I joined this Gym a while ago, Ben who owns it is a really top guy,very helpful, very friendly and always has a warm welcome for everyone, although it looks small from the outside it's a really different size inside, it has just about everything you could require, and obviously changing rooms,lockers & showers, it's a friendly atmosphere inside & everyone says hello to everyone else, give it a visit

Great gym everything you need amazing owner

What a great gym, Ben the owner is so friendly and welcoming.
The array of membership & pay as you go options are great, so many various options are available.
The gym vibe is fantastic, really friendly.
It’s got a great array of free weights, dumbells, cable stations & machines.
Some of the machines gave me the best muscle feel/connection that I’ve ever had & I’ve trained at a lot of gyms over many years.
I was staying in Birchington for 3 weeks, for family reasons, but if I lived here, I’d definitely be joining fit union on a permanent basis.

I’ve been weight training for about 16 years and have trained in countless gyms across the country. I can honestly say that Ben at FitUnion is the most caring and knowledgeable fitness professional I’ve ever met. There’s no ego here—Ben has created a welcoming community of friends who genuinely love working out together. Highly recommend!
