Ben (Owner) is extremely helpful! It’s been a long while since I’ve joined a gym even though it’s right round the corner. He helped me get to grips with things again and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome! The gym has lots of equipment for any workout and the vibe is great. Everyone is friendly and respectful! I’d highly recommend anyone to join this gym!
