What a great gym, Ben the owner is...

What a great gym, Ben the owner is so friendly and welcoming.
The array of membership & pay as you go options are great, so many various options are available.
The gym vibe is fantastic, really friendly.
It’s got a great array of free weights, dumbells, cable stations & machines.
Some of the machines gave me the best muscle feel/connection that I’ve ever had & I’ve trained at a lot of gyms over many years.
I was staying in Birchington for 3 weeks, for family reasons, but if I lived here, I’d definitely be joining fit union on a permanent basis.
