I found this company while looking for some advice and possible repair work to be done to my printer/copier, I phoned up and spoke to Cliff who is a very knowledgeable and above all genuine honest soul who advised me of my best course of action when he could've easily just come out and charged me, but he didn't and saved me an unnecessary expense, thank you Cliff. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending you and your expertise to anybody with problems or needing advice.

I can't thank Cliff from CJH Solutions enough. I had a problem with my printer at a time when it would have been highly inconvenient to go out and buy a new one. He spent a massive amount of time with me on the phone going through the various options which could have caused the problem and of course eventually found the issue causing the trouble. They were the second company I called (first one didn't do home office visits). CJH were really friendly and supportive. I called about a Canon laser with "jammed" issues. They advised to clean the rollers myself with WD40 (saving myself ££ on a call out). If that didn't work they'd come out to me. Nice to hear of a local business not trying to gouge a new customer for a simple fix!
