They were the second company I called (first one didn't do home office visits). CJH were really friendly and supportive. I called about a Canon laser with "jammed" issues. They advised to clean the rollers myself with WD40 (saving myself ££ on a call out). If that didn't work they'd come out to me. Nice to hear of a local business not trying to gouge a new customer for a simple fix!
