Excellent service - got a response from the gentleman at the centre who responded and called very quickly. He advised me as to how to fix the problem - on the basis that he can advise me rather than trying to charge me, which is very much appreciated. The advise he gave me resolved the problem with the printer which is invaluable to the functioning of my business. Thank you again.
