Barn Cottages

We have been to Barn Cottages nine or ten times, and have always found them warm and welcoming. An excellent self catering place to stay to explore East Anglia

Lovely, clean and tidy. Had a great week. Lots to do and see.

Just returned from a week’s holiday at Barn Cottages and this is an excellent location for a chill out breakaway. The cottages are well cared for and set in well tended gardens surrounded by open countryside. The cottage we occupied has a real home from home feel and the self catering accommodation is well equipped to an excellent standard. The cleanliness is outstanding and cannot be faulted. There is an abundance of footpaths through fields in the whole area for those wishing to take advantage of this. The owners Maria and Charles gave us a very warm welcome, nothing is too much trouble and they will happily assist in any way they can. A most enjoyable and comfortable stay, highly recommended.

Not stayed in the cottages but they look lovely. We camped, lovely small site, lots to do nearby, owners lovely.

We had a fantastic 3 months at Barn cottages. The accommodation was perfect and well maintained. The surroundings were idyllic and very peaceful. And the hosts, Maria and Charles were just great, welcoming and always ready to assist. Absolutely loved it, thank you! Paul & Sarah

We stayed for the first full week in June and had a wonderful holiday. The cottage was immaculate and opens onto a beautiful garden. The surroundings are peaceful and super relaxing. Being city dwellers it was lovely to wake up on a morning and, with the window open, be able to hear nothing but birdsong. It was our first time in Suffolk and we were very impressed. Not only is there good walking to be done and lots of charming countryside but there are many picturesque towns and villages to visit - we felt spoilt for choice. Maria is really friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed another week.

Lovely place to stay. Friendly and welcoming. Lovely cottage with good facilities, off the beaten track so plenty of peace & quiet. Countryside walks on the doorstep.

Peaceful, great hosts. But also near to A12 and A14.

Beautiful holidays had here. Neat gardens peace and quiet.
