A brilliant service can't recommend enough

Jayne and Maxine are fantastic, such lovely, friendly people who just put you at ease. They couldn't have been more helpful. The shop has everything you need and they have the knowledge to help you make the best decision for you with no pressure at all to purchase. Its fantastic that they take you outside and down the cobbles to test the prams, you get such a good feel for what you need. Me and my husband are so thankful we decided to pop in today and managed to find the pram set of my dreams. Thank you both for such an amazing experience! Kim and Shaun

Wonderful and friendly staff. I went 3 years ago to pick my first ever pram (first time parent)
To now picking out toddler car seats(which i have no clue about) They've been amazing & very helpful. Even went the extra mile for me and fitted the car seat into my car just for the extra reassurance that I would know it was in right.

Lovely little shop. Staff are extremely helpful. I have had a couple of issues with my pram ( which i have had for over 2 years) which they have helped me sort out at no cost. They were also really helpful providing me advise on a new car seat, which they also price matched! Would definately recommend.

The team at Babycare Bradford are incredible. We popped in on a whim on a rainy Saturday. As we are expecting our first child, we really didn't know what we were looking for or what we actually needed. The ladies were extremely welcoming and approachable. They made us feel completely at ease straight away. We were asked about our lifestyle and in turn they were able to point us in the direction of some of the more suitable prams. We talked about our journey to pregnancy and our hopes for the future. Both staff members really gave us the time of day and seemed genuinely interested in us and what was to come. We tested out a couple of prams (outside on the cobbles) and we were encouraged to take photos so we could look back at what we looked like pushing the prams. We never felt pressured into making a decision at any point. After looking at prams, we had a quick look at car seats and they assured us that they could get the one we wanted in the colour we liked. We also went upstairs and looked at furniture for the nursery. After spending almost 2 hours in the store we wrote down some ideas and prices. After a look round some other well known larger baby stores, we knew we wanted to buy from Babycare Bradford not just because they offered a great price and were able to price match a bundle we'd seen elsewhere but mainly down to the outstanding service we received. We cannot thank the team at Babycare Bradford enough. You know when you buy from them that you are guaranteed to come away from the purchase feeling excited about what's to come. I can absolutely say we did not get this feeling at other larger stores. 100% recommend Babycare Bradford for your baby bits and bobs.

My husband and I visited babycare last week to look at car seats and pushchairs. We weren’t sure what we were looking for however the staff were very helpful and kind making the process much easier and we were able to purchase a mybabiie bundle that we are very happy with.

My husband and I visited Babycare Bradford twice. During our first visit, we purchased the Egg 3 Luxury Bundle (fantastic!). On our second visit, we bought a cabin-approved stroller (My Babiie MBX7), as we regularly visit family who live abroad. Both times, we were very impressed with the service we received. The ladies who assisted us were knowledgeable, patient, funny, and made us feel very comfortable—they even helped us install our car seat, which, as first-time parents, we greatly appreciated.

My husband and I popped in this morning to originally get some advice and have a browse round to get ideas, we’re expecting our first baby in November and weren’t sure what to get regarding travel systems for baby. We mentioned our ideas of what we would be after as well as our budget price and not only were the staff attentive and listened to our needs but they found us a travel system that was everything we needed and more! and well within budget. They made sure we got everything we needed and made us feel appreciated and at ease. We will definitely be coming back to them again for things for the nursery and we highly recommend them!

Absolutely amazing store and welcoming staff. Jane and Maxine are so so lovely and so helpful! Jane has a ton of knowledge and made me feel at ease chosing my first pram for my baby girl. I have also bought a furniture set and next to me crib from here and they are amazing quality with great prices! I will always come back here for anything I need for my baby. Thankyou so so much for making baby shopping so much easier for me and my family :)

Visited today from York to look at the my babiie stock, lovely staff! Highly recommend, so informative about the products, gave honest opinions about each pram. Can’t wait to go back and purchase our chosen pram!
