The team at Babycare Bradford are incredible. We popped in on a whim on a rainy Saturday. As we are expecting our first child, we really didn't know what we were looking for or what we actually needed. The ladies were extremely welcoming and approachable. They made us feel completely at ease straight away. We were asked about our lifestyle and in turn they were able to point us in the direction of some of the more suitable prams. We talked about our journey to pregnancy and our hopes for the future. Both staff members really gave us the time of day and seemed genuinely interested in us and what was to come. We tested out a couple of prams (outside on the cobbles) and we were encouraged to take photos so we could look back at what we looked like pushing the prams. We never felt pressured into making a decision at any point. After looking at prams, we had a quick look at car seats and they assured us that they could get the one we wanted in the colour we liked. We also went upstairs and looked at furniture for the nursery. After spending almost 2 hours in the store we wrote down some ideas and prices. After a look round some other well known larger baby stores, we knew we wanted to buy from Babycare Bradford not just because they offered a great price and were able to price match a bundle we'd seen elsewhere but mainly down to the outstanding service we received. We cannot thank the team at Babycare Bradford enough. You know when you buy from them that you are guaranteed to come away from the purchase feeling excited about what's to come. I can absolutely say we did not get this feeling at other larger stores. 100% recommend Babycare Bradford for your baby bits and bobs.
