Trefoil Guest House

Second stay with Sue, Dave and Bodie. As on our previous stay everything was perfect, the room, the breakfast and the location. Spotlessly clean and a great base for seeing the area from.

We just spent new year at Trefoil Guest House and it was amazing! The room was beautiful and clean, the bed was so comfy too! Dave was extremely welcoming and nothing was too much trouble! The location was great and just a short walk from Brixham. We can’t wait to visit again, our stay was faultless. Thank you and Happy New Year!

This was our first stay at Brixham and Trefoil Guest House was the cherry on top. The rooms were beautiful with a wonderful bed, modern bathroom and great helpful accessories (the mini fridge was a big plus). Dave and Susan were very welcoming and gave lots of nice tips and insights on what to do during our stay. I’ve already recommended the guest house to people and we’ll definitely be back!

Dave and Susan were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are beautifully decorated and bathroom also. Only a short walk to the harbour so great location and the breakfast was outstanding. One of the best Eggs Benedict I’ve had in a long time! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Brixham. What a lovely place. Dave and sue made us feel so welcome , nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast was great . Plenty to chose from and the eggs were 👍 👌.
Room was lovely and so clean. Bed was comfortable and the bedding was so soft. We also had an Alexia in out room which we thought was a great idea . Will definitely be coming back to stay with you both .

My wife and I originally nooked gor last year but due to unforseen circumstances we had to cancel. We rebooked for May 2023 and can honestly say the experience was excellent.
I have mobility issues so we booked room 1 which with a short stair climb was superb. Bed was comfortable and all fittings were of a high standard.
Breakfast delivered what we wanted and catered for my wife's gluten free issues.
Dave and Sue have only taken over this b&b about 18 months ago but you would be hard to tell, they deliver a service you expect from seasoned hosts.
We will be back......loved it.

We stayed at Trefoil House in June for 5 nights. We both agree that it was the nicest guest house or b&b that we have ever stayed at. From the moment we booked it to the moment we left the owners Sue and Dave couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.
The room passed all our expectations and was really nice and clean and beautifully decorated. A mini fridge in the room was a nice bonus.
The location is perfect just a short walk to the harbour with a bus stop just outside with frequent buses to Paignton and Torquay. Parking was very easy with spaces outside on the opposite side of the road and lots of parking very close if required.
On arrival Sue and Dave gave us a very warm welcome and told us about the guest house and room and answered any questions that we had. The breakfast menu is really good and the best that we have seen. We had something different every day and the food was of a high standard and delicious.
All the guests that we spoke to agreed it was a lovely guest house and both couples had stayed there on several occasions.
Brixham is not only nice but a great central location for exploring. The Trefoil House is in a very good location close enough to the harbour for an easy walk but with the benefit of plentiful places to park. We did not need to drive once with easy access to buses and ferries.
We both would thoroughly recommend Trefoil House as a place to stay and are looking forward to staying there again.

Sue and Dave are excellent hosts very friendly and welcoming, nothing was to much trouble. Lovely bedrooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast is excellent, if you want a treat ask for Dave’s fruit salad. Guest House is a short walk to the town and harbour. Bus stops close by if you want to venture further. Would highly recommend a visit. Hope to return in the future.
