Peter and Chris have helped me out twice, both times providing excellent service, showing great flexibility and good value-for-money.
I first contacted Chris because my parents, both in their 90s, needed a new TV and for their Sky box to be relocated to another room. Coming out the same day, Chris was able to suggest a solution, even going into Newcastle that evening to pick up a TV, and then with Chris installing the TV / recabling Sky just a few days later. My parents were delighted.
The second time I got in contact was following a power surge which caused our TVs to lose both theirinternet connection and Sky. Peter and Christ travelled up to north Northumberland on a Saturday, and managed to diagnose / fix four TVs in just a few hours. We are extremely pleased with such excellent service.
I cannot praise Peter and Chris highly enough, and would definitely recommend them. They provide honest, practical advice and offer excellent value-for-money.

Absolutely first-class service, rang at 12 midday to enquire about a new TV aerial, and we were going out at 3.30. They said they could come at 2.30 – fantastic! Arrived on time, new aerial in place, and all done by 3 pm!!! Absolutely put my faith back in firms. Well priced and lovely bloke.Thanks

I needed my aerial removed from roof and a new one fitted in the loft. One phonecall, followed by a visit and it was all done! That easy !! Other local companies either visited and said they would send a quote… they didn’t. 2 companies never arrived or returned phone calls ! Wish I had contacted TVS first and I will definitely encourage others to come here first!

Couldn't have asked for a better service. From the first phone call with Peter to Chris arriving, they were really friendly, very knowledgeable and flexible. Now have a TV mounted on the wall with the cables nicely hidden away and some brilliant help with the aerial sockets around the house.

I was in contact with Peter @ TVS Digital Services over a bank holiday weekend regarding getting my Starlink internet installed at my new property. He was incredibly helpful and gave me all the advice I needed.

His knowledgeable colleague, Chris, attended promptly to action the installation. He did a thoroughly professional job of fitting the Starlink, and even put my TV on the wall while he was at it.

I would not hesitate to recommend these guys, and I will definitely be using them again if I have any further digital needs. Five stars from me

Contacted these online Wednesday night asked for someone to come around and fit a dish for me Friday. Got a response straight away and turned up nice and early Friday morning and did the job. Great service

Amazing service from Peter. Within 1 hour of calling him on Sunday, he was here to try and rectify a problem we had with our TV. He researched the problem, and after many attempts with our frustrating Tv he solved the problem.
