Peter and Chris have helped me out twice, both times providing excellent service, showing great flexibility and good value-for-money.
I first contacted Chris because my parents, both in their 90s, needed a new TV and for their Sky box to be relocated to another room. Coming out the same day, Chris was able to suggest a solution, even going into Newcastle that evening to pick up a TV, and then with Chris installing the TV / recabling Sky just a few days later. My parents were delighted.
The second time I got in contact was following a power surge which caused our TVs to lose both theirinternet connection and Sky. Peter and Christ travelled up to north Northumberland on a Saturday, and managed to diagnose / fix four TVs in just a few hours. We are extremely pleased with such excellent service.
I cannot praise Peter and Chris highly enough, and would definitely recommend them. They provide honest, practical advice and offer excellent value-for-money.
