I had a fairly unique project where I was infilling a second floor rooftop terrace balcony into an extension to the master bedroom. We needed someone to install flat roof, redirect drainage, windows, electrics, heating, plasterboard and level flooring.

Paul was from the start very communicative, knowledgeable and punctual and quoted competitively.

Flat roof was perfect you can tell that this is Paul’s main vocation! Remaining elements also completed to an excellent standard and always well cleaned up afterwards, and we have been left with an amazing living space for us to decorate - all signed off by building control.

Communication great throughout and as ever with a project of this size there were always going to be some snags which Paul and his team sorted without fuss including coming out late one evening to fix an issue before it got any worse.

All considered would recommend Paul to anyone and will look to hire him again for any future work that I may need doing.

I don’t often leave reviews - and to be honest, I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences with tradespeople over the years, often being treated rudely or overcharged. But these guys truly deserve 5 stars.

I needed someone to sort out what looked like a minor guttering issue, just connecting two joining parts. They came in, quickly assessed the job, charged a fair and honest price, and got it sorted efficiently.

Paul and his team (shout out to Nathan!) have come to our rescue 3 times over the past few years. They have installed our fascias and soffits, undertaken a roof ridge repair and most recently fixed a drippy gutter that had contributed to a leak. They have come out in inclement weather in a timely fashion and got us out of a bind - braving the snow and torrential rains to do so. They are proactive and responsive, professional throughout and generally all round good folk. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I built an extension in February which I required a roofing company to build the new roof and join it to the existing house I chose to go with roofing and joinery northwest as from the beginning paul and his team where very professional and so helpful and delivered a high standard of service throughout the whole process he kept me and my wife up to date on progress, completed the job in the time he promised from the start, even when the weather was against them . I would highly recommend them to my friends or family :)

Great work carried out in replacing soffits and drain pipes. Really pleased with the work undertaken and 2 years on replaced a lost tile from my roof free of charge. Can't fault the service would highly recommend

Paul was just going on holiday when I called him at the airport. I needed the flat roof replacing on my garage, everything had failed and it was leaking all over. He called his lads, had them come round to the house measure up, they picked up all the boards and flat roof rubber covering, ordered a skip and came round the next day to strip the old roof and replace everything within 3 days, just an amazing company and the work was perfect, thank you Paul, hope your enjoyed your holiday 👍

Paul quoted within a few days, pricing was competitive. He was able to start the following week and complete by Friday.
The Team replaced all my Soffits, Fascia’s, guttering and cladding in Anthracite and black. Looks fantastic. Quality of work and speed everything cleaned away can’t say anymore but Thanks well done.

I decided more or less straight away on Roofing and joinery Nortwest Ltd as the price was very competitive. Paul is very professional and set a date for our work to start .
The roofers Billy and Pete worked like Trojans to get the work done. They were both great guys and told us what was happening at every step. They were punctual, hard working and tidied up at the end of each day. Work was completed to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend this company and would use their services if ever needed again in the future.
