I had a fairly unique project where I was infilling a second floor rooftop terrace balcony into an extension to the master bedroom. We needed someone to install flat roof, redirect drainage, windows, electrics, heating, plasterboard and level flooring.

Paul was from the start very communicative, knowledgeable and punctual and quoted competitively.

Flat roof was perfect you can tell that this is Paul’s main vocation! Remaining elements also completed to an excellent standard and always well cleaned up afterwards, and we have been left with an amazing living space for us to decorate - all signed off by building control.

Communication great throughout and as ever with a project of this size there were always going to be some snags which Paul and his team sorted without fuss including coming out late one evening to fix an issue before it got any worse.

All considered would recommend Paul to anyone and will look to hire him again for any future work that I may need doing.
