I travelled down from Scotland to view a BMW Z4 on sale at Richard Harris car sales. The car was exactly as advertised and beautifully presented. The purchase and handover was seamless. Top marks for a top experience.

I bought a car from Richard back in October, drove well looked great. He gave gave communication and kept me updated throughout purchase, he MOT’d the car and detailed it before I took it.
A couple weeks later it had underlying issues neither me or him were aware about, I’d spoken to Richard about these issues after thinking he was like a lot of bad sellers; however very kindly after discussing and diagnosing the issue, he offered to pay for these repairs as he didn’t want to sell me a bad car, he helped and supported throughout the process and paid for each repair needed.
Not many dealers would ever do that,
He’s a top guy and I appreciate his help heavily.

I would very much recommend using him and will happily buy from him again.

Travelled up from London to view a VW Touareg and I wasn’t disappointed.! The car was exactly what I was looking for in a petrol model as I have to negotiate the Ulez. It was clear after a few moments looking over the car that Richard has a good eye for a low mileage well looked after vehicle and clearly meticulous about how it presents. A quick spin up the road and I was sold on it. When it’s this good Richard’s job is far less demanding than others would need to be as the car sells itself… which as any one who has visited his showroom can testify is full of very clean eye catching examples. Everything was just great and my experience with him was very pleasant and very helpful. Would certainly recommend him and look forward to dealing with him again in the future.

Richard is a friendly knowledgeable salesman, not pushy. He had a selection of cars such that I could have been spoilt for choice if SWMBO didn't have her sensible head on.
