I recently bought a ford fiesta from yourselves and my experience was amazing. I have never seen a used car in such immaculate condition. Alongside the great price given for my part- exchange and the professionalism of Rowland, I couldn’t have had a more seamless process. I noticed an issue with my aircon and they took the car in and repaired the same day under warranty, no hesitation. I couldn’t recommend RDA car sales enough.

I bought a mini countryman from RDA in November and was very pleased with the communication and service received - the car was in great condition despite being a few years old and just what I needed for my expanding family. The purchase itself was also stress free and Roland made himself available after working hours so that I could collect. What impressed me more was the help and support provided after the sale when my thermostat was playing up - Roland repaired this within a day whilst the car was within warranty & during the winter months, this was a necessity. More recently, I had an unforeseen issue with the brake pump (outside of warranty) and my local garage was suggesting a long turnaround to source the part and removing the engine to complete the repair. After reaching out to Roland for a second opinion, he offered to take a look and again, sorted this within a day. He and his son clearly know their stuff and I can’t fault the service I’ve received before, during and after sale. Thanks again guys - would recommend you to anyone looking to purchase a car! :)

Bought a used Jaguar XJ 2010 from these guys, had some issues initially that weren’t foreseeable but the chaps here really went the extra mile in getting it all working. I had taken the car to a Jaguar specialist and they didn’t even correctly diagnose the nor fix the issue, clearly these chaps know their stuff! Would happily recommend them to anyone in the future. Very impressed.

My daughter who doesnt have much luck with cars and always seems to buy when im out the country bought a car from here recently. After a couple of weeks the engine light came on, we feared the worst has it was a cheap car. However to my surprise upon calling up the garage, no hesitation asked us to bring it in, left it with them for the day, they fixed it without issue and i am sure it wasn't a cheap fix, top marks for customer service very rare these days especially when buying a car. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic from start to finish! Booked a viewing for the next day and when we turned up the car was sat near the entrance ready to be looked at. Rowland (The owner) was honest and very friendly throughout the whole process. The car is in amazing condition and hasn't got any issues with it at all. Rowland also helped with getting the car taxed there and then so that it was ready for the road. Great business, highly recommended.
