I bought a mini countryman from RDA in November and was very pleased with the communication and service received - the car was in great condition despite being a few years old and just what I needed for my expanding family. The purchase itself was also stress free and Roland made himself available after working hours so that I could collect. What impressed me more was the help and support provided after the sale when my thermostat was playing up - Roland repaired this within a day whilst the car was within warranty & during the winter months, this was a necessity. More recently, I had an unforeseen issue with the brake pump (outside of warranty) and my local garage was suggesting a long turnaround to source the part and removing the engine to complete the repair. After reaching out to Roland for a second opinion, he offered to take a look and again, sorted this within a day. He and his son clearly know their stuff and I can’t fault the service I’ve received before, during and after sale. Thanks again guys - would recommend you to anyone looking to purchase a car! :)
